Shipping policy

All domestic US orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage including tracking. Processing time is usually between 3-10 business days, and delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. The shipping price is calculated once you enter your address at checkout.

Please note that LompyArt is a one-person, artist-run business, so your patience with shipping is appreciated! Also I purchase labels in batches and process over time, so it's normal if your tracking doesn't update for few days.


IMPORTANT-  Please double-check your address before submitting your order. I do not refund or replace orders that had an incorrect address due to buyer input.

- Will my order have a tracking number?

YES! All orders on LompyArt will ship with tracking numbers.

- Can you guarantee I receive my order by 'X' date?

If you need your order by a certain date please contact me BEFORE placing an order and we can discuss options! I am happy to provide shipping upgrades and next day processing options, however keep in mind that once it's been shipped there may be unexpected delays through USPS.

- Do you ship outside of the US?
