Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
LompyArt currently does NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please ensure that you order the correct item and quantity before checking out. The following three sections are very important so please read through before purchasing.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. Please note it can take 1-10 business days for your bank to process and give you the refund. I have no control over this process after I have approved the initial refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos if there are damages. If there are no issues brought up within one week of you receiving your order, no refund/replacement will be issued.
Lost Mail
- If an order has been marked delivered but you did not receive it, you must bring up the issue with your local USPS. I have no control or insight in this matter, and likely your package is still at the post office! I do not replace/refund orders that have been marked delivered.
- If an order has not been marked delivered and the tracking info has not updated in 1 week, there is a lost mail form I can send you that will allow you to get in touch with your local post office. They can usually help you locate your missing package. If USPS sends a written confirmation that your item is lost, then I can resend your order.
Undeliverable Mail due to Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your address before submitting your order. I do not replace or reship orders that have an incorrect address. I can update your address as long as the order has not been shipped.
- If an order has been returned to me due to a buyer-submitted error in the address, you will need to pay for a new shipping label. If you do not want to pay for a new shipping label, then I can cancel the order and refund the item price only. The original shipping price cannot be refunded, as any shipping label once processed by USPS is nonrefundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot under any circumstances be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital download items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
