FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will my order have a tracking number?

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number through USPS.

Please double-check your address before submitting an order, as I am not responsible for undeliverable mail due to buyer-error.

I do encourage you to read through my Store Policy and Shipping Policy pages before placing an order.

Can I place an international order?

Yes! All non-US orders are handled on my Etsy shop.

I have found that international settings are a bit odd on Shopify and it ends up being more expensive for customers to order here than Etsy, unless I pay for a 3rd party app to micromanage costs.

Are your stickers waterproof?

I offer two types of stickers:

  • Matte paper sticker with water-resistant coating: These will hold up to very very infrequent water exposure, such as an accidental spill. The ink will not run, but it could damage the matte coating and cause it to get scratched more easily. These stickers are best for journaling or low-traffic areas.
  • Matte laminate sticker: Same base sticker as above, but with a waterproof laminate overtop! These are much better for high contact areas as they will not get scratched, and hold up better to water. The laminate WILL fail if exposed to hot water, and it is NOT dishwasher safe.
